Employees of BRIT "Transtechnika" took part and provided information support of the exhibition exposition of organizations of the transport complex of the Republic of Belarus at the International specialized exhibition of logistics, telematics and transport "Transport Logistic China" held in Shanghai, People's Republic of China, on June 25-27, 2024.
On an area of 50 thousand m2, 794 exhibitors from 42 countries and regions were presented, which is 19% more than at the previous exhibition (in 2018: 677). Exhibited products include: logistics; cranes, elevator equipment, elevating platforms; vehicles; automatic transport systems; racking systems and storage technology; factory equipment, workbenches, worktables; warehouse technology and workshop equipment; automated conveyor systems; robotic loading systems; packaging equipment; cranes, components; crane control systems and drives; terminal tractors; freight transport; trailers; weighing and dosing devices; control systems and integrated IT solutions, application software, automatic identification systems, sensor systems, etc.
International exhibitors accounted for about 40%. Seven pavilions of national and international associations were represented, including Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Czech Republic, Belarus and ITCO (International Tank Container Organization). The top ten foreign exhibitors included representatives of the following countries: Russia, Singapore, Kazakhstan, South Korea, India, Germany, Germany, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Thailand, Saudi Arabia.
Within the framework of the business program of the exhibition, 27 round tables and conferences were held on the development of low-carbon and smart logistics, information technology and supply chain management in the Asia-Pacific region. Industry associations, consulting agencies, and leading companies were invited to these events to share their ideas and experiences, providing industry professionals with the necessary communication platform to exchange ideas and keep up to date with new trends. Forums such as Asia Logistics Technology Forum, Expanding the Green Supply Chain: Creating an International Low Carbon Logistics Corridor and Logistics of the Future focused on the transformation of the transportation and logistics industry, technological innovation and international cooperation. Hot topics included ESG logistics (green and low-carbon development), digital technologies to reduce costs and increase efficiency, and cross-border logistics. These discussions provided innovative and practical insights into issues such as exporting the "new trio" (electric vehicles, lithium-ion batteries and photoelectric products) and the supply chain of hazardous chemicals, cars and shoes.
According to the organizer (Messe Munchen GmbH), the exhibition was visited by more than 36 thousand visitors from 92 countries and regions, which is 37% more compared to 2018 (in 2018 - 26.3 thousand visitors). The exhibition provided all exhibitors and primarily Chinese companies with opportunities to expand international exchanges and cooperation, and to enter the global market.
For a better representation of the transport complex of the Republic of Belarus, representatives of the State Enterprise "Belarusian Railway", RUE "National Airport Minsk", as well as road carriers: JV "TRANSIT" LLC, LLC "ZapadTransExpedition", LLC "Transconsult Brest" were engaged to work at the exhibition stand of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus. The opportunities of the transport complex of Belarus were presented by a wide range of information materials: video clips about the potential of the transport complex of the Republic of Belarus; information about international transportation, information booklets about industry science, developments in the field of transport activities, and training of specialists in the field of transport. There is a steady interest of Chinese and other transport and logistics companies of the Asia-Pacific region in the structure and potential opportunities of the transport complex of the Republic of Belarus. The information about Belarusian carriers, forwarders, conditions of transportation attracted the most attention.
The exhibition became a milestone as an indispensable business platform for the logistics industry.
