BRIT "TRANSTECHNIKA" IS 63 YEARS OLD!

On the basis of the Order of the Council of Ministers of the BSSR No. 659-R dated June 12, 1961, the Main Department of Road Transport of the Republic issued an order on the organization of the laboratory, which became the starting point in the history of the Belarusian Research Institute of Transport "Transtechnika".

During the years of its formation the Institute has gone from a small laboratory to the leading research center of the industry.

BRIT "Transtechnika" approached its 63rd anniversary with a large baggage of fundamental program and regulatory (legal projects) documents important for the transport industry. The Strategy of innovative development of the transport complex of the Republic of Belarus up to 2030, the State Program "Transport Complex" for 2021-2025 have been developed. More than 150 draft regulatory and technical normative legal acts in the field of transportation and logistics activities have been prepared.

BRIT "Transtechnika" became the leading educational center in the system of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus in the field of advanced training of personnel with specialized secondary and higher education and retraining in working specialties (employees). Approbation and implementation of the research results are carried out during the fulfillment of educational programs by the Institute in the process of training of industry workers.

The most important asset of the Institute, which allows solving complex scientific problems in the field of transportation and logistics activities, is the team of professional workers. In the future we are planning to improve its work, upgrade skills and preserve traditions in order to effectively solve the tasks of scientific support of the industry.

On June 7, on the territory of the museum complex "Dukorsky maentak" was held a sports and entertainment event dedicated to the celebration of the 63rd anniversary since the founding day of the Institute.

On June 12, employees who made the greatest contribution to the development of the transport industry were solemnly awarded:

- for active participation in the implementation of state policy in the field of transport activity, fruitful work, professionalism and responsibility the Gratitude of the Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Belarus was announced to Viktor Vladimirovich Zdanovich, leading engineer of the vehicle and equipment testing center;

- for diligent work, high professionalism, achievements of high results of labor activity the Gratitude of the Director General of BRIT "Transtechnika" was announced to:

   Alexander Alexandrovich Adamovich, leading engineer of the fuel consumption rationing department;

   Mikhail Vladimirovich Borushko, leading specialist of the strategic research department of transport activity;

   Yanina Victorovna Dobrodeeva, head of the administrative and economic department;

   Dmitrii Bronislavovich Yermashkevich, senior researcher of the road transport research department;

   Vladimir Alexandrovich Kurkovich, leading engineer of the fuel consumption rationing department;

   Gennadii Boleslavovich Lipen, a worker on complex maintenance of buildings and constructions of the 5th grade of the administrative and economic department;

Sergei Vladimirovich Lyakhov, senior researcher of the transportation safety research department.
